The Bagel Legacy Rolls On, with Michael, second-generation owner of Family Bagels. Michael is proud to announce the launch of Family Bagels On The Move—a food truck dedicated to delivering the same fresh food, warm service, and community spirit that made Family Bagels in Plainview a neighborhood staple for 20 years.
Michael grew up in the heart of Family Bagels in Plainview, where his father Neal built more than just a bagel shop—he created a place where every customer is treated like family. From a young age, Michael worked alongside his parents learning the value of hard work, fresh food, and personal service. Over the years, he has developed a deep passion for the business and the community it serves.
Now, that legacy continues—on wheels. Family Bagels On The Move brings homemade bagels, breakfast favorites, and that signature personal touch directly to Long Island neighborhoods, offices, schools, and events. For Ay Event, Any Occasion, At Any Time. With a commitment to quality and community, the food truck is more than a convenient stop—it’s an extension of the family’s story.
